Quality that adapts perfectly
PSG supplies high-quality pipes and pipe bundles in a variety of configurations – precisely tailored to the requirements of your application.
Whether internally coated, insulated, jacketed or heated: you choose exactly the equipment that optimally supports your process. The products are available as individual pipes or as high-performance pipe bundles with up to 7 integrated inner pipes. With production lengths of up to 1000 m and the option of individual custom-made products, we offer maximum flexibility – for efficient, safe and durable solutions in demanding areas of application.
Internally coated pipes and pipe bundles
Sulfinert® and Dursan® – precision and stability at the highest level
Sulfinert® uses a high-precision CVD process to create an ultra-thin, extremely inert silicon protective layer on stainless steel and other metals. The surface is so chemically stable that even highly reactive substances – such as sulphur compounds, ammonia or mercury – neither adhere nor react.
The result: maximum signal purity, unadulterated measurement results and reliable process control – even in the lowest ppm to ppb range.
Dursan® ideally complements Sulfinert® by offering not only chemical inertness but also high mechanical resistance and extreme temperature tolerance. This results in robust, durable pipe systems that guarantee maximum precision even under the most demanding process conditions.
Sulfinert® and Dursan® coatings from SilcoTek are therefore considered the gold standard for analytical and process-critical gas and media lines where absolute measurement accuracy and reliability count. PGS uses them as required and is therefore guided by the gold standard.

Electropolished - Ensures maximum safety and durability
The electrochemical process produces high-gloss, smooth surfaces to which products, deposits of impurities or germs hardly adhere.
Electropolishing thus minimizes the risk of cross-contamination and reduces or avoids memory effects that can be caused by components sticking to rough surfaces. Electropolishing is an important quality standard for high-purity and corrosive applications, such as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. We select this coating method based on your specifications and apply it optimally where required.
Coated pipes and pipe bundles
Protection that pays off
PSG supplies high-quality pipes and pipe bundles in a variety of configurations - precisely tailored to the requirements of your application.
Our coated pipes provide reliable protection against external influences such as chemical (e.g. seawater) or mechanical stress (e.g. during assembly) - perfect for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. Thanks to an efficient, extruded tube sheathing, they are particularly robust and durable. Color-coded with signal and identification function and supplied in lengths of up to 1000 m on wooden spools, they guarantee fast installation and maximum efficiency.

Pre-insulated pipes and pipe bundles
The economical and user-friendly alternative to classic pipe insulation.
Thanks to the insulation, they reduce heat or cold losses when transporting media over longer distances and offer mechanical protection and energy savings. They also prevent the pipe wall from emitting the high steam temperature directly to the outside, causing the steam pipe to "glow". Material damage can be avoided, the risk of injury minimized and temperature classes in the ATEX range can be maintained.
Pre-insulating the pipes eliminates the need for separate assembly in several steps and can be flexibly configured with a large selection of pipe and line combinations. Typical areas of application are condensate return lines, steam supply lines and generally process lines with a small internal diameter.
For faster installation, lower costs and maximum adaptability - all in one system
Heated pipes and pipe bundles
System safety thanks to a convincing Ex concept
Heated lines are mainly used for sample transport and as impulse lines. Heated sample and analysis lines in particular play a central role here.
The heating provides both pipe frost protection - especially for liquids - and ensures that a desired process temperature is maintained. This ensures that the temperature does not fall below a required minimum level and remains constant within a specified range.
Heated pipes and pipe bundles from PSG offer high system safety thanks to a convincing Ex concept with efficient protection against dangerous electrostatic charges. Cut-to-length technology reduces installation and repair costs, while extruded pipes with high robustness and excellent insulation ensure energy efficiency and sustainability over the entire life cycle.
Thanks to a wide range of options, the heated lines from PSG can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements.
A standardized match code is used to simplify the ordering of pipes and pipe bundles. This code maps all configurations and therefore guarantees a custom-fit solution.
