Low Maintenance, Powerful, Precise

PSG’s heated gas sampling probes have the largest possible filter surface area as standard, which ensures efficient filtration and low-maintenance operation for emission measurements, process monitoring and process optimization.

Thanks to its compact design, the PSG Basic probe is ideally suited for applications with low to medium dust concentrations in the sample gas stream. Operating temperatures of up to 200 °C can be achieved without difficulty. As standard, the probe is equipped with a single-stage backflush system and a calibration gas connection.
The PSG Plus probe is designed for medium to high dust loads and ensures low-maintenance operation even under demanding conditions thanks to its efficient two-stage backflush system. In its high-temperature version, operating temperatures of up to 300 °C can be maintained.
For ATEX applications, the PSG Process probes are available with self-regulating heating elements covering a temperature range from 90 °C to 180 °C, enabling safe and efficient gas conditioning even in potentially explosive atmospheres.
